At Backinaction we sell mainly to people with back problems, yet our statistics show that 94% of people find the BIA mattress meets their needs. We are very proud of this. However, if you are in the small number who want a different sleep surface our “Sleep Relaxed Plan”/ insurance protects most of your investment. If conditions are met you will receive a full refund less £180 inc VAT. If you choose another mattress from us (which must be delivered at the same time we collect the first mattress) then the charge is just £90.
Conditions: You agree to sleep on the mattress for 56 nights to allow your mattress to “run-in” (it will gradually soften). You agree this period is important anyway as people are often less comfortable at first when they change an old mattress. If after 56 nights you find the mattress is not suitable, and you contact us in writing before 65 nights of the mattress delivery date we will arrange collection within 2 weeks.
NB 1: The insurance does not allow you to terminate the trial early, even if your circumstances change (such as an illness). As an act of goodwill we will normally offer 50% for trials where conditions are not met.
NB 2: We do not re-sell the small number of collected mattresses. We do however use collected mattresses to offer hotels and good causes. It is therefore a condition of the Sleep Relaxed Plan that the mattress must be clean on collection.
