The staff that I dealt with we're very helpful answered all my questions and allowed me to reserve the items while I discussed our options with my husband. Our purchase arrived within a few days just as promised. I put the chairs together to find that a small part (fitting for extended glider) was faulty, I called BIA to explain and was promised a new part would've sent out immediately. It arrived the very next day! I have since used them again and the service was just as prompt."

May 2013"What a revelation!! If you have a genuine back problem or if you want to avoid getting one, Back in Action provides skilled, knowledgeable staff who are a delight to deal with. My back problems and needs were addressed with great care and humour and it was made clear that I, as the customer, had a voice which needed to be heard and respected - how wonderfully refreshing! I purchased a Mammoth mattress from the store in Amersham after spending well over an hour making a decision. The mattress was delivered within the time frame and gave me the best night's sleep I have had in a long time. Apr 2013"I ordered my item about 9:30 on a Thursday evening, I had a phone call 9am Friday as I had made an error on my order, and then my item was delivered by 10:30 Monday morning. The staff were really polite and efficient. I am also really impressed with the quality posture pack that I bought. Initially it took me ages to decide on what posture pack to buy and where from - this was the most expensive but we are so happy with it as it is so compact and useful and should last through my sons school years, so well worth it and our son loves it, very comfortable for him and helping him sit up whilst writing."

I did not have to pay for the second item but would have been nice to offer the postage back for the first item. Arranged delivery for the Wednesday of the second item....good...however wrong item delivered although correctly invoiced. Meant my wife had to go down to the store today to exchange but the item was not in stock. Should be delivered tomorrow. No postage to pay so that is a bonus."

Most companies offer delivery tracking services which are particularly useful with large items. Unfortunately there was no tracking option so I didn't know when the parcel was being delivered. When delivered, we were told that the delivery company would email us with the time they would deliver - sadly, this did not happen and we happen to be out during the hour window. All I can say that Back in Action are fantastic - would recommend them anytime!"

I have to admit they weren't the lowest prices I could find, but the convenience of ordering them items from the same place won me over. After I ordered (over £200 order with free delivery) I was told that if I wanted my order delivered to Northern Ireland I had to pay an extra £25 or else cancel order. NI is officially in the UK and when I post something to "the mainland" it costs the same as posting to an address a few doors away from me; so very frustrating when companies charge more. Would really like to use this site to order again however the delivery charge will stop me doing this. Almost every other shopping site in the UK offers free delivery, regardless of where in the UK you live. The order did arrive quickly and in excellent condition."

Looked about saw backinaction. Felt unsure as I had already been let down by another online order and needed this chair now as at present I had paid for a chair and had got nothing. What can I say, WOW. what good service and a price to match. Free 24hr delivery. Emails every day detailing how the order was going including delivery tracker. I bought a stokke highchair - great product, easy to put together and clean etc. However, I bought this product over christmas - ideally I needed it for christmas day, but I ordered it late and therefore I couldn't get it in time due to the shop's opening hours. When it got delivered I wasn't in and I arranged to collect it from dpd's depot. When I arrived on the set day one part of my packages was damaged - looked like it had been used as a football! I have pictures to show what the box looked like if you are interested - and they lost the main part of the highchair. I then had to wait 45 mins for them not to find it (during which time there was no good customer service and a bunch of guys sat doing not a lot in their office) - before I lost patience and rearranged the delivery. I had a call after to say they had found the remaining part of my package and I could come to collect it. I refused and said they would have to deliver it after their mess up. This is not a reflection of the service at back in action, however I would strongly recommend changing delivery company. Their service was shocking and I ended up getting the highchair that I needed on the 25th december on 4th january."

I was able to call and get detailed additional advice on product dimensions when we bought a cot as well as help picking a colour of high chair. Items were always dispatched very quickly and text notification received of delivery to the nearest hour meant that I have never waited in unnecessarily. BIA have also handled supply of spare fixings for the cot and refunds on protection sheets that didn't work out in an efficient and hassle free way. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend."

Back In Action has a very simple, easy to use website and although delivery is normally within the week according to the website, I find that without fail delivery is made quite often by the next day. From making the order through to delivery, Back In Action send emails to advise order made, order dispatched etc. Fantastic company and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Although we order one particular piece of eqipment this is the company I would always go for any other aids."
