"I purchased the Balan Kneeling Chair, which does the trick perfectly. It arrived promptly. However, the wrong part was supplied, not enabling me to fit the back extension. Back in Action though very quickly supplied the replacement part, which works perfectly."

It's not Christmas yet, so I can't comment on the chair itself, but the experence of researching, learning about, comparing options, and ordering just couldn't be easier. Exemplary service and extremely fast delivery has made my Christmas present buying chore much easier this year. Now I look forward to trying the chair itself if I can prise her off it!"

She was wonderfully helpful not only with knowledge about the chair itself (though I was familiar with the chair, she could provide even more detail), but also with selection of fabric colour (she gives a very accurate description of the kind of 'red' you'll get!). Delivery was prompt, and if you do comparative shopping you'll see the price is also very good. Website is thorough and informative, clearly written - helps you narrow down what you might like before telephoning or visiting. Nothing like a family business for the personal touch. Very pleased. I was amazed and very impressed to take delivery of the item yesterday morning, less than 24 hours after completing my payment. I am now sitting on the chair as I type. Having left the Company, there was a scrum going on as to who was going to get my chair! I will not miss the Company but I will miss my old and faithful chair. I also know my chair will remain one of the most popular pieces of office furniture."
