"I bought a Tripp Trapp for my tiny baby daughter four months ago from Amersham. She loves it and sits so beautifully! Just wanted to comment on how helpful the team at Amersham were today! My friend and I pitched up with our two 9 month olds in tow to sort out a baby set for my friend's baby boy's Tripp Trapp chair - purchased from yourselves on my recommendation. We were able to leave an hour or so later with a smart new baby set fitted and the chair adjusted to fit exactly. The additional information about colours and seat cushions was helpful. It would have good to mention which of the fabrics were coated and the washing/cleaning instructions. I spoke to a very knowledgable member of staff in the Amersham branch who explained why the interactive "build your own" feature had been removed, but this would have been great to help use make a quicker decision.
