MassageBacklife

The Backlife is designed to reduce stress in the lower back area. It can help combat muscle tension. It works to eliminate pain, prevent degeneration of the lower back and provide an overall feeling of relaxation and well being.
Although you may want Backlife to put lower back disks into place, it will hopefully contribute to disc hydration and inter disc space which in turn can remove contact with nerves and lead to a sudden decrease in symptoms.
For many years the benefits of a treatment system called CPM (Continuous Passive Movement) have been researched and documented. It involves moving joints while the patient is in a state of total relaxation, and it has been found to increase healing and regeneration. It has become a widely used in hospitals to speed up recovery, but now, with the advent of quality domestic devices, it is available for self use.

Both Backlife and the Back in Action Mobiliser apply the CPM technique, and we commend you to look at both if possible. In a nutshell the difference is that Backlife is aimed at the lower back, where it applies stretch and movement, while the Mobiliser uses both flexion and extension on the lower back and also applies the CPM technique on the rest of the back and the legs too. On the other hand there is of course a big difference in price, with the Mobiliser being ten times the cost of Backlife.
For many people both items are a great investment, so we encourage trying them both to ascertain the best for your needs.
