1 CG Lock Install
  1. Side Plate
  2. Main Plate
  3. Base Plate
  4. Screws
  5. Allen Key
2 CG Lock Install
  1. Remove slide (push down the Lever to allow this)
  2. Attach base plate to main body using appropriate length screws (see 5).
3 CG Lock Install Existing Setup
  1. Attaches to Intertia Reel
  2. Attaches to Floor
  3. Tongue
4 CG Lock Install
  1. Attaches to Interita Reel
  2. Align CG Lock
5 CG Lock Install
  1. CG-Lock securely fitted to tongue (using supplied Allen key).
  2. Ensure seatbelt can pass freely through tongue
  3. Make sure screws do not protrude (if they do choose the smaller screws)
6 CG Lock Install
  1. Lay the seatbelt webbing across the body of the CG-Lock
7 CG Lock Install
  1. Align slide plate over seatbelt webbing on to the runners on body of the CG-Lock
8 CG Lock Install
  1. Press down lever (1) on side of CG-Lock and push slide plate (2) fully forward
9 CG Lock Install
  1. CG-Lock fully attached to Seatbelt
10 CG Lock Install
  1. Buckle up as usual.
  2. Push back hard into seat.
  3. Pull shoulder section of belt across body to tighten and secure lap belt.
11 CG Lock Install
  1. To release tension on lap belt, push down on lever and twist hip forward.
