Chung Shi fittings at Back in Action
You don't need an appointment to turn up at our stores for a Chung Shi fitting. Click the store of your choice below to reveal opening hours. (Marlow stock just arriving soon - please call before travelling.)
On arrival a skilled member of staff will measure your feet, check fit, observe your gait and posture and help you select the best style.
How long will it take? In our experience this process is important for your future comfort and you could expect a fitting and shoe selection to last 20 to 30 minutes. We think our fitting sessions are the best available and

Chung Shi shoes come in two levels of rock. The stronger rock action is called Balance Step. This is normally chosen by those seeking to improve fitness and posture. The gentler rock action is called Comfort Step. (See our Chung Shi back pain section if your are currently injured and need to start more gently).
Use your standard shoe size - there is no special training required.
We have high stock levels of most sizes for very quick delivery.
