To contact us about an existing order, or to let us know about any slight problems, call our after-sales team on 01494 434372. Calls are normally taken by the department's answering machine and actioned promptly Monday-Friday, 9.30 to 5.00. If your needs are not satisfied promptly, please phone the store detailed on your order/invoice.

Online Enquiries are handled by our in-store staff, not a call-centre; this means you get skilled, sensible advice from non-commissioned staff. Our staff include physiotherapists, massage therapists, fitness instructors, Alexander teachers, and much more. Incoming online enquiries are visible to all Back in Action shop staff, and they select questions which they feel qualified to answer. Feel free to direct your question to a particular expertise.
Because your question will be answered by skilled staff, responses can only occur during normal working hours.
