Maria specialises in Conductive Education for people with Parkinson’s disease, Cerebral Palsy, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Head Injuries and other neurological difficulties.
Conductive Education as a system focuses on the effects of the condition for each individual person.
The aim of the ITI charity is to provide relief, respite and palliative care for anyone who suffers from a neurological disease and to help them to solve their everyday difficulties, like eating, dressing, walking, & standing. The charity designs and implements holistically integrated rehabilitation and education usually in groups for with the same conditions. The mobiliser is used as part of the rehabilitation. Classes are held in High Wycombe, Amersham, Marlow Lea Valley, Ramsbury and Welwyn Garden City.
