In-Store Sales Team
We
are looking to take on new sales staff to join the teams in London, Marlow, Bristol and
our flagship store in Amersham. Back in Action started life in 1988 dedicated to beating back pain. We do this by offering great furniture, postural training, ergonomic advice and leading edge treatments. We're a company that values integrity, fun, mutual support and encourages all staff to contribute every day to yet higher standards. We have a flexible working environment and you'll be well rewarded for your efforts. If you need to leave on time each day - but can work Saturday - great! We want people with interesting lives who don't want to come in extra early and leave extra late. We do need people who can work many Saturdays - and we'd pay extra if someone could also work Sunday in future.
By understanding hundreds of products as an expert and knowing how to match them to a person's needs you can make a huge difference to people who suffer from back pain.
We especially would like to hear from people who have experienced some kind of health need (like a bad back!) as you will already understand the needs of our customers.

- Applicants must be orientated towards offering the best customer service with a passion for helping people and an ability to listen and advise in a sincere way.
- A keen eye for detail and appearance.
- Be able to work just as well on their own as well as in a team.
- Experience in either the furniture trade or back care would be an advantage.
- Reporting to shop manager
- Hours of work would be 40 hours per week and include Saturdays.
- A willingness to help out with trade shows two to three times a year.
- Training will be given in house and by manufacturer's visit.
- Salary will be dependant on experience with 22 days holiday + Bank holidays.
