Salary: Starting Rate - depending on age and experience £11000-£15000 + Bonus

We are looking for a suitable person to fill a vacancy stock control position.
Established over 22 years ago, we have grown dramatically over that last 5 years and continue to grow despite the economic climate.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, who can show interest and commitment to a variety of roles. Although you will start on a basic salary the job offers great opportunities to develop skills, take on new responsibilities and climb the career ladder. Hard work and success will always be rewarded.
The candidate should have high attention to detail, good computer and MS office abilities, an aptitude for figures, well organised, good telephone manner and communication skills, a problem solver, an initiative to see tasks and attend to them, and not afraid to get their hands dirty, as the job role will from time to time require manual labour and minor repairs of goods.
The role will be varied and will encompass Stock Control, Sales and General Admin.
You will be required to;
Order, track and monitor incoming stock - ensuring key items are always in stock.
Build a rapport and negotiate best prices with supplier.
Organise store rooms to comply with Fire, and Health and Safety Regulations.
Highlight stock to be cleared to maintain storage efficiency.
Co-ordinate the yearly stock take and input the data for reports.
Check paperwork thoroughly and organise documents.
Assist in database management.
Assist with regular sales events and campaigns.
Make minor repairs to products when necessary.
Experience within similar environments is preferable, but not necessary as full training will be provided.

We are looking to take on new sales staff to join the teams in London, Marlow, Bristol and our flagship store in Amersham.

By understanding hundreds of products as an expert and knowing how to match them to a person's needs you can make a huge difference to people who suffer from back pain.
We especially would like to hear from people who have experienced some kind of health need (like a bad back!) as you will already understand the needs of our customers.
