Teeter Inversion Table

The Teeter Hang Ups are simple to use, traction inversion tables, for the home. Traction - refers to the mechanism of straightening bones and relieving pressure on the spine and skeletal system.

When the body is inverted and the weight is suspended from the lower body, the pull of gravity decompresses the joints of the spine and body relieving the pressure on the discs and nerve roots.

Traction can be a tool to restore alignment to the spine, which may assist in maintaining proper posture when later righted. Misalignment of the hips and spine can itself be a cause of inflammation and pain.

Inversion tables only need to be used for a few minutes a day to achieve a healthier spine and better posture.

Ankle Attachments
The ankle attachments are highly secure are made from pressure relieving foam, to allow the inversion to be as comfortable as possible, and allowing you to fully relax and gain maximum benefit from the inversion session.
