In order to preserve its "timeless" style the Romantic is manufactured with a pulsed leg massage so that the leg cushion appears plush and normally upholstered. The chair is operated by a simple and discreet pad so that it is difficult to tell the Romantic is a massager from its appearance. A hand held (wireless) remote controller allows more complex personalisation, but this can be stored in a drawer so that children can only use the inbuilt pad for basic functions.
