MBT fittings at Back in Action

There are four stages to OUR MBT fittings:

1. We listen to you! ... Unusual but in our stores it actually happens. Then we'll discuss any areas in which you would like your body to behave itself better ... tighten up your stomach, decrease back pain, feel more energetic. In this discussion we'll help you to identify whether MBTs are appropriate and how to maximise the effect by removing stressors such as poor daily posture.
2. We check your size/fit/style match. Don't laugh ... should always be the case but we constantly hear complaints that other stores leave size choice to the user. Getting it wrong is an expensive mistake so we believe you should let us advise. On arrival a skilled member of staff will assess your feet, check fit, observe your gait and posture and help you select the best style.
3. Walk and let us train you: We will get you walking back and forth while we make sure you know how to acclimatise and so we can answer your last questions.
4. We look at other ways to help (Optional) If we find that you have significant areas that need addressing to achieve your goal ... such as a one-sided spine when your aim is to remove back pain, we will gladly look at what else might help. Many people hire our Mobiliser to free up their spine and if they do this for three months we give them a full refund on their first pair of MBTs free.

Cost? Because of our skill our stores can often be very busy with several MBT fittings taking place and people waiting. We strongly recommend an appointment for a full fitting which is charged at £10 but is fully refundable against any item you purchase at Backinaction during next three months. How long will it take? If you are in a hurry we can get it done in ten minutes, but please allow 20 to 30 minutes. As we say this process is important for your future comfort and chances are you will want to try lots of styles too!

I want to buy MBTs online

Gosh we could sell thousands a week online. But MBT do not allow any of their dealers to sell online. If you've seen them on-line please be aware of false copies.

So how can we help?

Either: we can supply you remotely once you’ve been fitted by an MBT trained expert. So you only need to visit us once and we can supply remotely as new styles come along, or if we have stock and others don’t but you’ve been fitted.
