MobiliserThe Mobiliser and its application to sport

Sports therapists say that regular use of the Mobiliser speeds up recovery
from back and hip injury and increases muscle movement, enabling improved
performance. Practitioners have discovered that their patients, even previously
unresponsive cases, make faster progress and become easier to treat.
Fitness enthusiasts and sports people find the Mobiliser effective as part of their warm-up and cool-down routines.
Olympic Athlete
"The Mobiliser certainly kept my lower back in one piece during race training, it also really helped tackle my tight calves and hamstrings. After the race it was a God send. I used it to recover and my back is still in really good shape."
Sally Gunnell, OBE Olympic Gold Medalist & World Record Holder 400m Hurdles.
Speaking after completing the 2007 London Marathon.
Professional Footballer:
"I have more mobility .... Hard ground is having less effect and I use the Mobiliser most evenings."
Graeme Le Saux, Professional footballer, England, Blackburn, Chelsea, Southampton
Leading Sports Physiotherapist:
"The Mobiliser has proven to be a valuable adjunct to the management of both acute and chronic spinal conditions and has facilitated both the treatment and recovery of our patients. This unique system with the ongoing research programme, will continue to prove to be of major benefit to all spinal clinicians and over time I am sure that other benefits will materialise, which will make this an essential part of spinal management in all medical and sports injury clinics."
Alan Watson MCSP SRP
The Sports Doctor:
"If most people used the Mobiliser after stressful activities (in everyday life and in professional sports), we'd see increased fitness, fewer injuries, and more British gold medals!"
Dr Lady Ann Redgrave MB DS DO, Chief Medical Officer Olympic Rowing Team 1992-2002

In Golf:
"I've become aware how golfers assume that increasing age means decreasing ability. Yet I've found out for myself that it is possible to restore spinal flexibility. I can strongly recommend the Mobiliser! Not only to any golfer who wants to recover from back injury, but to those who find their enjoyment of this great game is limited by not being able to rotate fully and freely."
Bernard Gallacher OBE Ryder Cup Captain [more...]
In Rugby:
The Mobiliser has been used at the highest possible level in Rugby. Endorsement problems (ie we are not prepared to pay for endorsements) mean that we are not allowed to say where. (Clues...the Rugby World Cup in Australia is considered to be the pinnacle...and one team did rather well there!)
A professional rugby player Terry Garnett used the mobiliser after being forced out of the game with a back injury. Terry was not expecting to play again but after using the Mobiliser for three months resumed playing and was able to tour to South Africa (weekly reports of his use available.)
Nick Allen (Physiotherapist) RFC Gloucester
The Cyclist
"I used it on a daily basis for two weeks to help me
with my preparations for the World Championships. I would have to say that
I felt the benefits of it in terms of recovery following the high mileage
training I was doing at the time. In particular my lower back and spine
felt the benefits and I would recommend it to any athlete who needs regular
massage."
Paul Mill, Bronze Medallist 2003 World Masters Cycling Championships.
