If you'd like to try out the Mobiliser you can either use one in a Back in Action showroom or try one at a local medic / practitioner from the list below.

We'd suggest going into one of our showrooms if you are local enough and confident enough to take control of your own treatment /recovery. If you are not local to us, then hiring one is very cost effective and will let you fully test it for a month.

The practitioners on the list below have been part of Mobiliser trials and have chosen to purchase units. Most will welcome you as long as you call for an appointment first. Some charge for Mobi use, and of you also want a report on your condition most can offer a longer appointment and incorporate using the Mobiliser in to a full consultation.

There are many therapies and treatments that address health and fitness needs: Yoga, Pilates, Physio, Osteopathy, Chiropractic, massage, aromatherapy, Alexander Technique, meditation, and dozens more. Each is effective ... for most, and each fails a few. Chances are that you haven’t achieved a “cure” yet or you wouldn't be reading this.

For some people the benefits of treatment are short lived. Treatment often creates a temporary respite ... followed by another injury soon after. Most of us are terrible at improving our lifestyle ... we either like what we are doing or are stuck in inactivity due to pain! Over years bad habits build up in our body, with each new injury reconfirming how carefully we must use the spine, and every year our spine getting weaker, stiffer and more prone to injury. Often treatment can turn back the clock suddenly and hopefully permanently, in our experience the Mobiliser can work even more deeply on stubborn, difficult case, and by working each day the effects can be very great.

The Redgrave Clinic

Dr Lady Ann Redgrave was the prime medical tester of the Mobiliser in its early days. We are indebted to her for being prepared to pioneer using the device in a medical practice with her patients (and family).  She is a practitioner of the highest calibre but has a lengthy waiting list.  Some of our clients with extreme issues choose to consult with Dr Redgrave about their suitability for using the Mobiliser.  Dr Redgrave charges £80 per VAT for a thorough and valuable investigation.  One of our clients, Bernard Gallacher OBE consulted Dr Redgrave after using the Mobiliser so that Dr Redgrave could advise on other regimes to maintain his recovery.  The Mobiliser can be used at the Redgrave Clinic only as part of treatment and the Mobiliser charge is £15 per 15 minute session. Dr Redgrave suggests users wanting more economic and regular Mobiliser use should hire or buy one from Back in Action.

Whether you choose to consult a practitioner before or during Mobiliser hire is entirely down to personal choice. Most rely on their own judgment. The practitioners below also offer facilities for medical consultation about Mobiliser use, or local demo facilities.
