This guarantee covers chairs recommended to you in a seating assessment. Our staff will note that the recommendation has been made. If the recommended chair isn't working out once you're using it day to day, you can exchange it for a different product of the same value within 14 days of delivery, even if it's already been assembled.
We know the whole point of an assessment-led purchase is to actually try it properly, so we don't expect you to keep it in the box to stay protected.
This guarantee covers exchange only, not a cash refund, and applies exclusively to purchases made following a full 60-minute in-store seating assessment to give you complete peace of mind. Standard in-stock or made-to-order terms apply to purchases made without an assessment.
A proper assessment gets it right most of the time but bodies, desks, and daily routines vary, and we'd rather you walk into a showroom confident than hesitant.

Seating Assesment for an Office Chair?
Do you have a fixed height desk? If you come with the measurement from the floor to the top of your desk we can replicate that height in store with our adjustable desks.
Not sure if the chair will work in situ? You are also welcome to bring your laptop and keyboard, really trial the chair as you will be using it.
For your first visit I would also recommend having an extra 15 minutes for a free trial of our spine reset system, a fantastic addition to any day!
Many ergonomic chairs are designed to encourage movement and promote healthier posture. Just like starting a new exercise routine, it's perfectly normal for your body to go through a short adjustment period. If you're experiencing discomfort or have concerns, we'll work with you to ensure your chair is correctly adjusted and provide advice on getting the most from it. In many cases, initial issues can be resolved through simple adjustments, setup guidance or support during this adaptation period.
This guarantee covers chairs recommended to you during an in-store seating assessment. Our team will make a note of the recommendation on the order and, if you choose an alternative product, this won't be covered under the assessment guarantee.
Our Seating Assessments are designed as 60-minute appointments to allow enough time for a thorough assessment and tailored recommendation. While some appointments may naturally finish a little earlier or run slightly longer depending on your needs, the guarantee applies to customers who complete one of our formal Seating Assessments in-store.
The Seating Assessment Guarantee allows for one exchange of the chair originally recommended during your Seating Assessment. Our aim is to help you find the right solution first time, and we'll work closely with you throughout the process to ensure any replacement is the best fit for your needs.
