Whats covered?

This guarantee covers chairs recommended to you in a seating assessment. Our staff will note that the recommendation has been made. If the recommended chair isn't working out once you're using it day to day, you can exchange it for a different product of the same value within 14 days of delivery, even if it's already been assembled.

We know the whole point of an assessment-led purchase is to actually try it properly, so we don't expect you to keep it in the box to stay protected.

How it Works

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to let us know you'd like to exchange under the Assessment Purchase Guarantee, and we'll book you back in with the specialist who carried out your original assessment where possible.
  2. A flat administration fee applies: £25 for orders under £1,000 or £50 for orders £1,000 and over, to cover collection and reconditioning of the returned item.
  3. We'll help you choose an alternative of equivalent value and arrange delivery of the replacement. If the new item costs more, the difference is payable.

This guarantee covers exchange only, not a cash refund, and applies exclusively to purchases made following a full 60-minute in-store seating assessment to give you complete peace of mind. Standard in-stock or made-to-order terms apply to purchases made without an assessment.

Preparing for your visit

We have a huge range of furniture to help people dealing with back pain or simply for those who are looking for comfier furniture. If you are wanting to try out something specific whilst you’re here there are some small things you can do to help make sure your visit is as easy as possible.

  • Chair for Working – Do you have a fixed height desk? If you come with the measurement to the top of your desk we can replicate that height in store with our adjustable desks.
  • Chair for Relaxing - Have a look at the space you have available, maybe take a photo? And come prepared with plenty of time to try out all the options.
  • MBT’s – Want to try them in store? Have a look at the options that you can see online and give us a call, we can make sure that the shop you are going to has plenty of options for you to try in your size.
  • Beds – The most important thing when trying beds is time. Make sure you have plenty of time to try each bed. Wear something comfy and bring a good podcast or book so that you can settle into a more realistic bed test.
  • Looking for something but not quite sure what? – Bring yourself, some time and an open mind. Our staff hold a huge amount of knowledge about which products will fit best with which lifestyle to help you with your pain. Feel free to come and chat to us and let us show you around.

For your first visit I would also recommend having an extra 15 minutes for a free trial of our spine reset system, a fantastic addition to any day!

In order to book an in-store appointment, we take an Appointment Deposit - This is refundable against any purchase for a value of £30 within one week of visiting

Booking an appointment slot is not confirmation of an appointment until you recieve an order confirmation email or phone call.

Once you have recieved a confirmation, we require 24hrs notice for cancellations of appointments.

Chair appointment or store visit: Your deposit is held for a time slot to have a chair appointment or store visit. This can be redeemed for the value of £30 against any purchace within a week of visiting or refunded in full at the time of your visit. If you do not show up to your appointment or cancel/rearrange before the 24hours notice, your deposit will be forefit.

Mobiliser session: Your payment is for the value of a mobiliser session. However, if it is your first time trying a mobiliser, this will instead be treated as a deposit which will be refunded in full at the time of your visit. If you do not show up to your appointment or cancel/rearrange before the 24hours notice, your deposit will be forefit.
