Full-Time, permanent Sales Assistant

The Role:

We are looking for someone based in or around Marlow area, who will work between our 4 locations

 - Marlow  -  London  -  Bristol  -  Amersham 

All travel & accommodation expenses will be covered. Primary location is Marlow.

The ideal Candidate:

  • Will have a clean Driver’s License
  • Is happy to travel between various BIA and supplier locations
  • Is energetic, a team player and willing to take their team to a higher level
  • Has excellent organisational skills, the ability to multitask, plenty of initiative, and attention to detail
  • Is Tech savvy
  • Is reasonably fit and able to lift or move smaller furniture items
  • Is a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision
  • Has initiative, constantly looking for ways to improve current methods and processes
  • Good communication skills across all levels of business  
  • Keen to learn and work with a friendly team
  • Able to act professionally at all times
  • Ideally has some previous sales experience
  • Is looking to be in BIA long-term
  • Loves people and has some one-on-one customer service experience

The company is now looking for applicants ready to work with an extraordinary mix of people and products and grow into new roles.
Applicant MUST be confident, enjoy helping people and be comfortable interacting closely with customers.

This role is ideal for intelligent, naturally upbeat individuals with great integrity, and an ability to learn quickly.

The opening is to join our team in London, Marylebone.

Required skills:

A basic understanding of the body and or the spine is beneficial but not essential.

Applicants must be available to work Saturdays - and we'd pay extra if someone could also work Sunday in future.

The role will involve direct customer interface, sales, telephone answering, appointment booking, retail appearance upkeep, teamwork and a variety of other responsibilities.
