Returns Policy

100 Day Returns

On selected items we offer a special 100 day returns policy.

Returns Policy

Most of the selected items are for babies that will have been bought pre-birth.
If, for whatever reason, they are no longer required come due date, we will accept the items back and issue a full refund for the value of the goods (value at time of purchase).

To take us up on our 100 day returns policy:

  • The items must have been purchased within the last 100 days.
  • You must notify us of the return by email or phone before the 100th day from date of purchase.
  • The items must be in brand new condition. Unopened, in original packaging, and free from damage.
  • The items will need to be packaged and returned safely to us.

We can arrange courier collection, at a reduced rate. However, if you chose to use a third party to collect the items from you, we recommend you take out insurance in case the parcels go missing, or are damaged in transit.
If the items are return to us in less than perfect condition, deductions may be taken from your refund.

Standard Returns

Items order without the 100 day returns policy, will be covered under our standard returns policy.
We offer a 14 day return policy, allowing you to make a swap or receive a full refund for the value of the goods.

  • You will need to notify us of the return (by email or over the phone) and we can let you know to where the goods need to be returned. Alternatively we can arrange for a courier to collect from you at a discounted price (typically £10).
  • Items will need to be perfect, in the original packaging and not subject to marks from assembly or use. Particular care should be taken in order for the items to arrive back with us in the same condition that they left you.
  • If you return part of your order and the value of the remaining items drops below £50, we will need to reinstate our original delivery charge.
  • Personal items (such as pillows, sheets, etc) cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.

Damaged on Delivery
If your items are damaged when they arrive we will of course remedy it without delay. Please notify us within 48 hours, so we can make a claim with the delivery company. We will then organise an exchange free of charge.

Special orders
Anything that we order directly from the manufacturer to your specification is considered a special order (beds, special size mattresses, lounge chairs). These do not fall under our standard returns policy... cancellations or returns will need to be negotiated.
