At Back In Action, we offer in-person seating assessments at our stores in Cookham and Bristol. This is the perfect way to find the right chair for you. Our experts can walk you through our collection to help you find a chair that suits your back care and comfort needs.
If you join us for a full 60-minute in-person seating assessment and then purchase a chair based on our recommendation, our Seating Assessment Guarantee kicks in. This allows you to exchange your chair for an alternative of equivalent value!

Here’s how the Seating Assessment Guarantee works:
Why risk shopping exclusively online and ending up with a chair that doesn't suit you? Visit our stores for a full seating assessment and rest assured that you will be covered by our guarantee.
We want you to spend plenty of time with your new chair to make sure your body has time to adapt. No one should have to rush the acclimation process. Often the people who find acclimatisation the hardest are the same people who benefit the most in the long term.
As such, even though our seating assessment guarantee requires you to reach out to us within 14 days of delivery, we are unlikely to agree to exchange your chair for at least 21 days, sometimes longer. This first contact is just to let us know that you need help. Our experts can work with you to make sure you are using and adjusting to the chair properly so that you have a proper chance to experience the full benefits of your new chair. Meaningful improvement can require dramatic changes in how you use your body. The actual exchange will take place only if we find that you and your chair are not a good match in the long-term.
