At Back In Action, we offer in-person seating assessments at our stores in Cookham and Bristol. This is the perfect way to find the right chair for you. Our experts can walk you through our collection to help you find a chair that suits your back care and comfort needs.

If you join us for a full 60-minute in-person seating assessment and then purchase a chair based on our recommendation, our Seating Assessment Guarantee kicks in. This allows you to exchange your chair for an alternative of equivalent value!

We want you to feel reassured that we trust our experts to make the right suggestions, but we also know that it's helpful to have a back-up plan in case you are unhappy with your chair. Our Seating Assessment Guarantee - The Details

Looking to dig into the details? If you aren’t quite sure if our seating assessment guarantee will cover what you are looking for, then keep reading for more crucial information.

Here’s how the Seating Assessment Guarantee works:

  1. Enjoy a wonderful seating assessment with a member of our team. This will last about 60 minutes.
  2. Purchase the chair recommended by our team during your assessment.
  3. If you are not content with your chair, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery to let us know you'd like to exchange under the Assessment Purchase Guarantee. Once we’ve confirmed the details, we can book you back in with a specialist to find you a more suitable option. This guarantee is for exchanges, not for cash refunds.
  4. A flat administration fee applies when you exchange your chair through this guarantee. There’s a £25 charge for orders under £1,000, or £50 charge for orders £1,000+. This is just to cover the collection and the reconditioning of your returned item.
  5. We'll help you choose an alternative of equivalent value and arrange delivery of the replacement. If your new chair costs more than the one you are returning, then the difference is payable.
