Orders placed by 12pm on Monday 22th December can still be delivered before Christmas (weather permitting). If ordering Christmas gifts, please bear in mind that all delivery schedules are less reliable in the lead up to Christmas. If you require a 'guaranteed' pre Christmas delivery we recommend calling to arrange collection from one of our fab showrooms: Bristol, Cookham, or London.
Please note that this only relates to 'in stock' items and excludes large items that require 2 x man delivery, such as beds and mattresses. If you have any questions about stock levels or deliveries, please contact one of our stores.
For last minute shopping, visit one of our stores up to 4pm on Tuesday 23th December. Please call your nearest store in advance if there is anything specific that you might like to take away. We will endeavour to arrange it.
For the first time in Back in Action's history, we will be closed from Wednesday, December 24th, and will reopen on Friday, January 2nd. During this period, we will not be processing orders, but rest assured, all deliveries will resume as normal from Monday, January 5th.
As we wrap up a challenging year, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our incredible team and our loyal customers for your continued support. Everyone’s dedication and hard work have made this possible, because of you we’re able to take this well-deserved break.
