How To Book:

Due to incredibly high demand we are are currently operating a waiting list for appointments.
Simply fill out our contact form below, call us or click to Pay Deposit and Book and one of our brilliant team will be in touch to confirm an appointment!

Each 1 - 1.5hr appointment is £20 which is fully refundable against any purhcase within 1 week of your appointment.

Before you visit:

We want to be able to help as many people as possible live pain free and we can only do that safely with strict controls on in-store capacity. Please do not travel if you do not have a confirmed appointment time.
In order to keep our customers and our staff safe, we require that the below statement is true for all visitors:

“I have no Covid-19 symptoms, will maintain 2m distancing, have not been advised to self-isolate, will sanitise my hands on entry and will wear a mask during my visit. If I am unable to bring a mask I will wear one provided by BackInAction.”

Capacity:

Appointments are 1 - 1.5hrs with half an hour between each appointment to allow for surface cleaning.
We may occasionally allow multiple appointments where customers wish to visit different areas of the store.

Appointment times:

Amersham, Bristol, Marlow, London
Tuesday to Saturday:

  • 9.30am - 10.30am
  • 11am - 12.30pm
  • 1pm – 2.30 pm
  • 3pm – 4.30 pm

Vulnerable persons:

We have reserved the first appointment of each week in each store for those who are particularly vulnerable to Covid-19. Please let us know if this applies to you so we can discuss availability.

Mask Use & Sanitiser

  • All customers will be required to wear a mask that covers both the mouth and nose while inside our stores.
  • If you have been unable to source our own suitable face covering we will provide one on arrival in a sealed bag.
  • All customers will be required to use the provided sanitiser fluid on arrival and occasionally throughout the visit.
  • Our staff are precious - Help us protect them so that they can help more people live pain free - social distancing must be observed at all times inside our stores.
