How To Book:

Due to incredibly high demand we are are currently operating a waiting list for appointments.
Simply fill out our contact form below with your preferred store and one of our brilliant team will be in touch to book you in!

Before you visit:

Please do not travel if you do not have a confirmed appointment time.
In order to keep our customers and our staff safe, we require that the below statement is true for all visitors:

“I have no Covid-19 symptoms, will maintain 2m distancing, have not been advised to self-isolate, will sanitise my hands on entry and will wear a mask during my visit. If I am unable to bring a mask I will wear one provided by BackInAction.”

Each visitor will need to confirm this statement by email the evening before an appointment.

Capacity:

One customer per store in each 1.5hr appointment slot: You will have the store to yourself during each slot. Appointments are 1.5hrs with half an hour between each appointment to allow for surface cleaning.

Appointment times:

July & August: Amersham, Bristol, London
Thursday to Saturday:

  • 9am - 10.30am
  • 11am - 12.30pm
  • 1pm – 2.30 pm
  • 3pm – 4.30 pm

July & August: Marlow

  • 10am - 11.30am
  • 12am - 1.30pm
  • 2pm – 3.30 pm
  • 4pm – 5.30 pm

Vulnerable persons:

We have reserved the first appointment of each week in each store for those who are particularly vulnerable to Covid-19. Please let us know if this applies to you so we can discuss availability.

Mask Use & Sanitiser

  • All customers will be required to wear a mask that covers both the mouth and nose while inside our stores.
  • If you have been unable to source our own suitable face covering we will provide one on arrival in a sealed bag.
  • On arrival all customers will also be provided with a complimentary sanitiser spray bottle and a pen for use in the store.
  • All customers will be required to use the provided sanitiser fluid on arrival and occasionally throughout the visit.

Samples in the stores:

We will be asking our customer not to touch any items unnecessrily. Our team will make samples, colour cards and leather swatches available for viewing.
