As your spine becomes more flexible we guide your usage to higher intensity, targeting many of the habits which might be preventing your injuries from healing themselves.

The Mobiliser is one our key elements in beating back pain. It applies very localised pressure to the muscles either side of the spine, while also applying a bending force to the vertebrae.
Once back pain has lasted for more than a year it can become almost impossible for medics to find the original cause. The mobiliser does not attempt to be a medical solution but it is very successful at removing the habits created in the body in the past that might make recovery difficult or impossible in the hands of a practitioner.

15 Minute Program - Use the whole body programme twice every day for peak well-being. Then, as your spine be more flexible use the hand held control pad to create a personalised programme that concentrates on specific areas.
56 Thumbs - In imitation of the most assiduous practitioner, the Mobiliser's "thumbs" apply deep pressure. Early user reduce the level of penetration by using the special softening pad. Then as they become more confident, remove the softening pad for a full, deep tissue massage.
Carbon Heating - A heater warms your back to improve flexibility and relaxation. You can switch it on or off at any time.
Spinal Mobilisation - The Mobiliser repeatedly flexes and extends your spine, encouraging stubborn vertebrae into action, produce more stretch than with face down massage.
Continuous Passive Motion (CPM) - Continuous, relaxing movement is known to be beneficial to health and to aid healing.
