I qualified over ten years ago in Sports Therapy and Registered Massage Therapy in Canada. Although having a strong base in working with athletes my main area of expertise is postural injuries and corrections.
The Mobiliser has proven in my practice to be equally effective in treating both acute and chronic conditions. I have personally found it to be an ideal partner to Pilates. I have seen many changes in my own flexibility and muscle endurance since my first use of the Mobiliser, despite having 'no physical complaints'.
I offer the first appointment on the mobiliser on a complimentary basis. Assessment fees will apply where a full orthopaedic assessment is required.
Normal individual Mobiliser fee is £15 for a 15 minute session.
Prepaid courses of 5 or 10 sessions are available, giving a reduced rate per session.
Our centre has several therapists with varied specialities who use the Mobiliser as part of their treatments.
