This is the ultimate ergonomic chair for relaxation. It is extremely comfortable and gives the best possible support when reclining. The Gravity recliner meets almost every seating requirement for exceptional ergonomics without strain.
Leaning forward, the Gravity Balans chair can be used as a kneeling chair. Shift your weight slightly backwards for an upright position, placing your feet on either the floor or shin cushions for variation. To assume a reclined position, gently push away from the ground.

Zero-gravity recliners (like the Varier Gravity) are designed to provide a sense of weightlessness when you lean all the way back. They recline further than most other chairs, so that your legs are above your heart. This weight distribution is surprisingly comfortable. Even though you are still experiencing earth’s gravity, these chairs provide a sense of weightlessness that has earned them their name.
We certainly think so! Even though “best” can be a bit subjective, we thoroughly recommend the Varier Gravity. It is such a bold and exciting chair! When you lean all the way back in a Varier Gravity, your legs are elevated higher than you would think. The chair rocks slightly with your breathing, feeding into that feeling of zero-gravity weightlessness.
You may also find that the Varier Gravity shows more quality craftsmanship than most zero-gravity chairs. Many chairs of this kind are made from flimsy looking metal tubes - the Gravity is in a class of its own. Smooth wood and soft fabric ensures that this chair is comfortable, beautiful, and long-lasting.
We would usually recommend Dinamica fabric for any of our Varier chairs, because it is soft, comfortable, and durable. There are many wonderful colours available in Dinamica, so you should be able to find one you like. However, we do encourage you to look through all of our fabric and colour options.
